Shipping Policy

Shoe Charm Lovers ships within the continental United States (48 states), Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands. We also offer shipping to Canada and other international destinations. All items will be shipped from Florida. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class, unless the customer opts for expedited shipping at an additional cost.

Please provide a physical shipping address with a street number and name. A contact phone number is required at checkout to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Return Policy

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return.

Important to Know:

  • Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the item was ordered incorrectly or if the customer changes their mind.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Please contact us via email before returning any item, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Pick-Up Policy

At this time, pick-up orders are not available. All orders will be shipped to the provided address.
